all the vegetables are cut into small pieces. The vegetables in a little water, the achiote and the salt, start to sweat, in this order: first the carrots, a while later the tiquisque; then the potatoes, chayote and sweet potato, and finally, when they are already softening, the ayotito. when they are softening, milk is added to them. the eggs are beaten, and small pancakes are fried in a very hot frying pan. When the soup is ready and the vegetables are soft, the pancakes are mixed and served piping hot.
