Preparation

In a pot, boil the onion with the garlic cloves, the salt, and the pepper.
Fry two large onions, finely chopped, in a separate frying pan, until they are well fried, golden in color.
Let the oil drain very well (You can strain it to remove the excess oil)
Once the onions have boiled well and are soft, Blend them with the garlic cloves, adding the water to taste. Better if it is thick.
Serve by pouring the fried onion on top.
