Preparation

Put the ribs to cook, then put the peas, beans, corn and a refrito prepared with achiote, onion, garlic, season with salt, pepper and cumin. When the beans are half cooked add the potatoes and sprinkle with the cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces of corn
  • 1/2 cup of tender beans
  • 1/2 cup of pea
  • 1 pound of pork rib
  • 2 pounds of potato
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 branch of white onion
  • 1 tbsp. achiote
  • 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • Salt, pepper, cumin to taste
