clean the fish of scales, cut it into wheels and add salt and lemon. dry it well.
Wrap the fish in flour and fry until light golden in color, receiving it on a paper towel.
add 5 cups of water, seasonings, yam pieces, and fish. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until yam is soft.
Add the ñajú cut into small wheels and cook.
cook the banana with the peel, peel it, and remove the core. mash and roll into balls to add to serving dishes.
