Located at 1,400 metres above sea level right next to the slopes of the Saanenland Ski Area, the Saanewald Lodge offers free use of its sauna, steam bath, and hot tub. The Gstaad-Saanen Golf Course is just 200 metres away.
Furnished in a modern Alpine style, the bright rooms include a flat-screen cable TV and a modern bathroom with a hairdryer. They offer views of the valley and the mountains, or of the forest and the garden.
In winter, the Saanewald’s restaurant serves tasty dishes for lunch and dinner made out of seasonal and local produce. There is also a bar with mountain views serving a variety of drinks, including coffee and long drinks.
Guests can buy ski passes and use a ski storage room on site, and play billiards, tabletop football, and darts in the games room. There is also a room with an original Carrera race track. Free WiFi is available in all areas.
