This apartment complex is 3 km north of Obzor and only 200 metres from the 4-km-long beach. It offers air-conditioned apartments with bathtubs. Apart Hotel Sunrise has its own parking lot and underground garage.

You can choose from a selection of Bulgarian and international dishes at the restaurant. There is also a supermarket available if you prefer to prepare your own meal.

The Sunrise features a rehabilitation centre with a gym, a sauna and a massage centre.
A room for children is provided at the Apart Hotel. It is close to the swimming pool and the restaurant.

Opened in May 2012, the organic pond has flowers imported from the Netherlands and Italy. Shops with beach accessories, clothes and souvenirs are located within the complex.

Bourgas International Airport is 60 km south of the resort, while Varna International Airport is 60 km north of the Sunrise.
