This family-run bed and breakfast is situated in Highcliffe, which is within the historic borough of Christchurch, with its old harbour and priory.
Situated in both the main building and the neighbouring annexe, the rooms at The Rothesay are elegant in design, with traditional furnishings. Each comes with a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have a four-poster bed.
Guests can enjoy free parking in the large private car park. There is a heated indoor swimming pool, and The Rothesay also has a relaxing patio, decked courtyard and gardens.
Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 09:00 each weekday morning. On weekend mornings, breakfast is served between 08:30 and 09:30. The modern dining room overlooks the garden, where you can often see squirrels playing and even coming up to the windows.
