Umlilo Lodge is located in St. Lucia, a small coastal village surrounded by the Greater St. Lucia Wetland Park, South Africa's first National World Heritage Site.

This village is the only one in the world to be completely surrounded by a World Heritage Site. Our en suite rooms are air conditioned, and have direct garden views or balconies overlooking the pool and garden.

We also have a Boma where you can join us in the evenings around a fire (Umlilo) when having a Braai or traditional dinner in an African pot. From Big 5 game drives to boat cruises, and from snorkelling safaris to night drives, let your hostess at Umlilo Lodge arrange your activities for you. Their is a bore hole and an back up generator so water and electricity is guaranteed 24 / 7.
