The villa is all on one level and is comfortably furnished. Offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a parking place at the house. The fitted open plan kitchen includes an oven and a dishwasher. A private garden and barbecue facilities are available.

There is a veranda with good views of Lake Maggiore.You may reserve a boat mooring at the nearby residential building (availability and costs to be discussed in advance). Swimming in the lake is possible but at your own risk.

Malpensa Airport is located 22 km from the property. The centre of Meina and several restaurants are about 3 km away.
