The latter is an incomparable Gothic landmark that kept its unique shape throughout the centuries. Our guests enjoy unforgettable views of the castle from the restaurant, the bar and from the majority of our rooms. The impressive wellness facilities provide for ultimate relaxation after a long day and dining in the restaurant will delight every true gourmet. Originally built in 1905 as a private mansion of the Almásy-family the other wing was attached to the building in 1934. This wing functioned as the Erzsébet Orphanage, which according to unwritten tradition was named after Queen Elizabeth, a regular guest of the Almásy-family. The hotel pays tribute to her loving memory.
Lavishly restored in 2008 the hotel upholds its noble ancestry with the finest luxury and hospitality, measuring up to the demands of the modern ages.
