The "Giardino dei Bonsai" is a comfortable small villa with swimming pool, recently built, situated 400 m from the centre of Cortona in a panoramic position of the Valdichiana and lake Trasimeno. In the centre 400 m from the centre of Cortona, 55 km from the centre of Perugia, 90 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny position.
The 3-room house has 80 m2 over 2 levels. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds and one open gallery with 1 double bed.
The living/dining room has 1 sofa bed (140 cm), open fireplace, dining table and satellite-TV. The kitchenette includes 4 hotplates, oven and a freezer.
For private use there is the garden (600 m2), swimming pool (31.05.-06.09), garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet/ dog is allowed. Please note that the twin room on the loft floor can also be used as a double bed.
Montalcino and other Chianti area villages are accessible for wine tasting. The lake can also be quickly reached by car to enjoy boat trips and fishing.
