Villa "Il Casale dei Tigli" is renovated and surrounded by trees. The house is located in the hamlet San Feliciano, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 1 km from the lake.

In the house with two levels you will find facilities like an open fireplace, TV, internet access, heating for an additional cost, a washing machine and an iron. The living and dining room has exit to the loggia with terrace furniture and a sitting area with view of the lake. You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you.

For private use there is a fenced park with garden furniture, barbecue, flowers and trees. The outdoor swimming pool of 6 x 10 m, is opened from 16-05 to 01-10. It is possible to play tennis. Cook is available on request. Parking in the grounds. Pool towels are available on request at a cost of € 5,00 extra per person. Please note that the firewood can be purchased in the area nearby for an extra cost.

Within 500 m you can find several shops, restaurants, bars, grovers and the bus stop. Pebble beach is in 1 km and there is a 18 holes golf course 20 km away from the accommodation. Nearby attractions: Isola Polvese 4 km, Perugia 25 km, Cortona 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Trasimeno 1 km.
