Lima
Lima is the capital and largest city of Peru. It is located in the valleys of the rivers Chillón, Rímac and Lurín, in the central coastal part of the country, bathed by the Pacific Ocean. Together with the port city of Callao, it forms the Metropolitan Region of Lima. It can be said that the climate is subtropical temperate. The average annual temperature is 18.5 to 19 ° C, with an annual maximum of about 29 ° C. In summer, from December to April, temperatures range between 21 and 28 ° C. In winter, from June to September, temperatures range between 12 and 19 ° C. The lowest historically recorded temperature is 5 ° C. Spring and autumn have temperatures between 17 and 23 ° C.
