Het Bratislava-kasteel ligt in het historische stadscentrum met dezelfde naam, de hoofdstad van Slowakije.
Op de top van een heuvel, op een dominante positie aan de rivier de Donau, begon de bouw in de tiende eeuw.
Het is momenteel de officiële residentie van de president van de republiek.
De vier torens op de hoekpunten worden beschouwd als het symbool van de stad.
