The lodge is ideal for guests wanting to experience activities such as cross-country skiing, snowmobile tours and for observing the Northern Lights.
With décor inspired by traditional Sami art, all 7 double rooms at Máttaráhkká Northern Light Lodge include flat-screen TVs, seating areas and private bathrooms.
Free tea and coffee with biscuits is offered throughout the day. Snowmobile tours and dog sledding safaris can be arranged in winter. Free cross-country skis and snow shoes are available on site as well as a ski storage room.
During the summer and fall there is a helicopter at the lodge, helicopter tours and fishing trips can be arranged directly from the lodge. There is free on-site parking and during the winter it is possible to rent parking heaters.
