Monsefú is a traditional town known for its straw fabrics - hats, baskets, purses, saddlebags - cotton and thread.
It is located 14 km south of the city of Chiclayo (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes by bus approximately).
At the same time, their embroidery stands out, in which they even use gold and silver threads. You can buy delicate napkins, tablecloths, blouses, skirts, ponchos and embroidered cloaks. It also highlights its unique church in honor of Jesús Nazareno.
