Going up the hill by the staircase leading to the chapel, there are two little chapels alluding to the Steps of the Passion of Christ: the Agony of Jesus in the Garden and the Kiss of Judas. The feasts of the Lord of Calvary take place every year in the first half of August and last for five days. It is the largest annual pilgrimage of the region of Beira.
