Miestodržiteľský palác (paleis van de vice-gouverneur in Bratislava) is een oud en historisch belangrijk gebouw, gelegen in de hoofdstad van Slowakije, Bratislava, aan de Grote Markt, de oude binnenstad.
Het was eigendom van de stad Bratislava totdat het werd gekocht door de staat in de 18e eeuw met het doel om de vice-gouverneursraad te huisvesten. Na de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd het gebouw door veel instellingen gebruikt, tot de Fluwelen Revolutie in 1989.
Momenteel is het eigendom van het regeringskantoor van de Slowaakse Republiek en dient het als een van de vele gebouwen die worden gebruikt voor het hosten van speciale evenementen.
