The exact date of its construction is unknown, but it dates from the 17th century, according to the inscription on the door lintel and due to its ancient appearance and architectural style. The building is small and modest with a single tower.
Located in the last block of the jr. Cuzco. City of Ayacucho.
Inside there is an altar, in whose altarpiece Calvary is represented with effigies in bulk. On Tuesday of Holy Week, the procession of the “Señor de la Sentencia” leaves, accompanied by members of the Judicial Power and the parishioners.
