Located in the main square of the Barrio Artesanal de Santa Ana. It was a Catholic ritual center of Hanay Parish of indigenous people, in a baroque style combined with Plateresque and rectangular in shape with a single nave without a dome; the roof is tile in the shape of a vault and the walls of lime and quarry stone. Chileans assassinated by abuses committed in the neighborhood were buried in this temple.
It is located in the Main Square of the artisan neighborhood of Santa Ana, which is to the South West of the city of Ayacucho.
