Built in 1879, The Mill House is a former historic flour mill set on the banks of the Waianakarua River. It It is surrounded by lovely gardens and offers BBQ facilities. Guests enjoy 200 MB of free WiFi.

Guests can walk through the gardens to access the historic Otepopo Bridge. The Moeraki Boulders are a 10-minute drive from the property, while Oamaru Airport is a 35-minute drive away.

Mill House Oamaru offers heated rooms located in the historic mill, or the adjacent studio building. All rooms have a private bathroom with a hairdryer.
