Nestling in its own private valley in West Devon, Tor Cottage offers a romantic retreat surrounded by lovely gardens and 28 acres of wildlife hillsides. It has a seasonal outdoor pool and a streamside setting.
Each room is unique and has its own theme. All are finished to a 5-star standard and have views of the gardens. Some come with a private terrace, conservatory or their own log fire.
Tor Cottage welcomes its guests with sparkling wine, homemade fudge, fresh fruit and flowers. Breakfast is served in the main conservatory or on the outside terrace in the summer. Trays of local delicacies are available for supper.
Enjoy a swim under the stars in Tor’s warm outdoor pool or relax by your own log fire on the cold winter nights. There are also hammocks by the stream, a gypsy caravan and a covered BBQ area.
On the edge of Dartmoor, Tor Cottage is a perfect location for exploring Cornwall and Devon coastlines, villages and moors. Tavistock, the historic Dartmoor Stannary Town, is just 6 miles away.
