In this club, the most elegant parties of the Chilean aristocracy were developed. It is the place where social patterns, fashions and customs were marked.
The Club de la Unión is characterized by its strong French style of the early twentieth century. The harmony and elegance of its infrastructure make it one of the most beautiful buildings in Chile. The walls are covered with green and white marble. The bar is another of the club's "seats". The bar is made of carved wood and is the longest in the continent.
The library is one of the most important private collections in the country, as it has over 17,000 copies.
