At Yumoto Konpira Onsen Hananoyu Kobaitei, guests can refresh in the indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths or sit out by the foot bath, which comes with views of the traditional garden. If requested at time of booking, guests can take a free shuttle from JR Kotohira Train Station, which is also a mere 5-minute walk away.
The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each comes with a flat-screen TV, a fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags. Japanese Yukata robes are provided for all guests, while the en suite bathroom comes with a bathtub.
Guests can refresh in the sauna or reserve the private hot-springs for an extra cost. An outdoor pool is open during the summer season and local souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Luggage storage and dry cleaning services are offered at the front desk.
Traditional multi-course meals are served at the guests’ rooms or private dining rooms. Additionally, Japanese dishes are served at Umesenju restaurant and late-night drinks at the bar.
Kobaitei Konpira Onsen Hananoyu Yumoto is a 15-minute walk from Konpira Grand Theatre and a 15-minute drive from Kotohira Shrine. JR Takamatsu Train Station is a 1-hour train ride away.
