There lived the hero of independence Francisco Antonio de Zela y Arizaga who gave the first cry for freedom on June 20, 1811. It is a viceregal court house and its architecture preserves the purity of its elements, its facade is made of quarry stone .
Located at Calle Zela 542.
On July 26, 1961 it was declared a Historic Monument. At present, in the Archaeological Museum Hall they exhibit various objects: ceramics, textiles, wood and metal works, basketry and fishing artifacts.
